By accessing or using MemoryMate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
MemoryMate is a reminder application that helps you remember important dates, events, medications, and tasks. We offer both free and premium subscription plans.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use MemoryMate
Free Plan
Limited to 10 reminders. Includes push and email notifications.
Premium Plan
Unlimited reminders, family sharing, Google Calendar sync, and priority support. Billed monthly or annually.
- Premium subscriptions are billed in advance
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with other users' use of the service
- Upload malicious content
MemoryMate and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
MemoryMate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed reminders, data loss, or damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
